After a sluggish Christmas break I am starting to organinse my Bodybuilding lifestyle.
- Bang on 1/1/11 00:01 I stopped alcohol, sweets and white bread.
- By 14th I had two full weeks of workout and it had gone well although I still didn't have the 'killer instincts' back.
